Welcome...to the Christmas Emporium at the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa where the award-winning resort is transformed into a sparkling Winter Wonderland with a multitude of festivities on offer including Christmas cake decorating, Christmas dinner demonstrations, spa makeovers by Kohler Waters Spa and Christmas gift ideas provided by The Duke’s, Mappin & Webb, Golfino and members of the Fife Craft Association.

A special festive atmosphere is guaranteed thanks to a choir providing Christmas carols, mulled wine and mince pies for everyone on arrival, plus roaring log fires.

This special event, which takes place on Sunday the 2nd of December, is for all residents in the local and nearby communities and entrance is free to all.
 

Jazz Brunch

Road Hole Restaurant – 12 noon to 3pm.

Join us for a hearty buffet brunch against the backdrop of the smooth sounds of the Jazz Piano – a classic and firm favourite at the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa.

Festive Market

Ballroom and Ground Floor - 11.00am – 5.00pm. Entry – Free of Charge

Unique gift opportunities in the Festive Market with local trade stalls throughout the resort’s ground floor and through to the Ballroom. Family fun with face painting, treasure hunts and balloon making throughout the day.

Make the most of the day with Afternoon Tea in the Conservatory, a delicious Seafood lunch in Sands Restaurant or a hearty pub lunch in the Jigger. Please do book in advance, this is a busy time of year so advance booking is recommended. Afternoon Tea is served between 2pm and 4pm. Kids can join Santa’s Grotto in the Library between 1.00pm and 4.00pm for a gift. A small donation can be made for gifts with proceeds donated to CHAS.

Cake Decorating Class

Hall of Champions - 12.00noon and 3.00pm. Entry – Free of Charge

Join the resort’s pastry team who will be delighted to give you advice on how to decorate your Christmas cake, better still – take your cake in and book it in for the star icing treatment!

For an altogether quirky Christmas why not try festive cup cakes – cup cake icing demonstrations will run throughout the weekend.

Enjoy roast piglet and rolls with stuffing and apple sauce all washed down with a fine Jigger Ale, the Jigger’s very own speciality beer or a warm and spicy mulled wine.
