The Jigger Inn Hogmanay House Party

The famous Jigger Inn – the former stationmaster’s lodge – is hosting a House Party to ring in 2013. The Jigger Inn is home to golfing memorabilia, crackling open-hearth fires, hearty home-cooked food and a superb selection of Scottish beers – this is traditional Scottish pub hospitality at its very best.

The Jigger Inn’s House Party on 31st December 2012 is £100.00 per person and includes menu of traditionally Scottish fare, live band, fireworks display, whisky at ‘The Bells’ and a superb party ambience guaranteed. The Jigger Inn may be booked out for exclusive use for Hogmanay.

Sands Grill Hogmanay Dining

Sands Grill, the hotel’s chic and stylish restaurant, is a great option for families staying at the resort over New Year. Sands offers fantastic food in a relaxed and informal setting with delicacies including a Seafood Platter and the 10oz Applewood Smoked Scottish Sirloin. Sands also offers a Children’s Menu featuring a delicious range of children’s cuisine using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, plus colouring pens and pads, as well as table magic, to keep the children happily entertained throughout the meal. Experience a gourmet New Year in the three AA rosette awarded Road Hole Restaurant with our highly acclaimed tasting menu coupled with fine wines chosen by the hotel’s own sommelier.This is Hogmanay gourmet dining at its best, with picture-postcard views, featuring the highest-quality locally-sourced seasonal produce including West Coast scallops and Highland venison.

£120.00 per person, including champagne and canapés on arrival and a glass of wine to accompany each course.

Road Hole Bar

Whisky aficionados around the globe flock to the award-winning Road Hole Bar to sample the stunning selection of over 260 malts, while the ladies savour classic cocktails and vintage Champagne in this
sophisticated, yet relaxed bar, which is located on the top floor of the hotel.

The Road Hole Bar will be open throughout the night, and a Piper will play in ‘The Bells’ at midnight, to ensure a memorable start to a Happy New Year.

The West Deck

Wrap up and join us with the whole family on our roof deck to ring in the new year at ‘The Bells’ with a fabulously glittering fireworks display.

Please note that places on the deck are limited and guest are advised to take places early to enjoy the display.

Enjoy the first day of the New Year by sampling delicious cuisine with the soothing sound of jazz in the background. The popular Jazz Brunch is an annual event at the Old Course Hotel on New Year’s Day –
providing a relaxing start to the New Year.

The Jazz Brunch Buffet takes place from 11am to 3pm in the Road Hole Restaurant, and costs £30 per person including a glass of fizz.
