Using a combination of Thai massage, orthopedic and myofascial techniques, the therapist will gently stretch the body on the massage table. It helps release muscular tension and flexes the joints. Please wear yoga attire or similar, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Not recommended during pregnancy or for those with joint replacements.
