Join us on Saturday 8th March to celebrate International Women’s Day with an inspiring morning dedicated to female empowerment and wellness.

Hosted by local wild swimming experts Bob & Blether, the day will begin with a guided sunrise dip on West Sands leaving you energised and invigorated. Afterwards, you’ll return to the Old Course Hotel for a warming drink and nourishing buffet breakfast followed by a series of expert-led workshops on wellness, nutrition, Pilates, yoga and meditation. Plus, an exclusive live performance from Scottish singer-songwriter Nati Dreddd. 

Tickets are priced at £45 and all proceeds will be donated to Dundee Women’s Aid, supporting women, children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse, and other local charities.
